Insights & Updates for Your Family’s Wellness

Every system in your body depends on the optimal function of your brain and nervous system. A vertebral subluxation disrupts the messages traveling from the brain, down the spinal cord, through the nerves, and back again. These interferences are common and often caused by physical, chemical, emotional, or electromagnetic stress. Our chiropractors adjust the spine to remove these interferences, helping restore function, communication, and your body’s natural ability to heal.

What We Do

Understanding Subluxations and Stress on the Body

book an appointment

We use advanced, non-invasive scanning technology to assess how your nervous system is functioning and how well your body is adapting to daily stress. These scans provide accurate, objective data that supports your care plan and tracks your progress over time.

CLA INSiGHT™ Neurological Scans

Thermal Scan
Measures temperature changes along the spine to identify areas of stress that may be affecting organ, gland, or vascular function.

sEMG (Surface EMG)
Analyzes muscle activity and energy distribution related to posture and spinal movement. It highlights fatigue, tension, imbalances, and how stress is affecting the muscles that support your spine.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
Shows how well your body adapts to stress. HRV is one of the most important indicators of resilience, recovery, and overall well-being.

Types of Chiropractic Care

In the early stages, our focus is on reducing symptoms and easing immediate stress on your nervous system. During your Report of Findings (Day 2), you’ll learn what’s causing your concern, how your nervous system is functioning, and receive a personalized care plan. Relief often comes quickly, but addressing the underlying dysfunction is key to lasting change.

As your symptoms improve, we shift to retraining the nervous system and establishing healthy spinal patterns. This stage may take several weeks to months, depending on the duration of the issue, stress levels, lifestyle, and your goals. Consistency, repetition, and a personalized approach are essential to creating long-term improvements.

Once your initial care plan is complete, we focus on supporting long-term health and nervous system function. Regular adjustments help maintain optimal nerve communication, boost stress resilience, prevent relapses, and promote overall well-being. We welcome individuals and families of all ages—whether or not symptoms are present—because ongoing chiropractic care is key to lifelong health.

FAQs

Our care focuses on supporting the communication between your brain and body. Gentle, precise adjustments remove interference in your nervous system, helping your body self-heal, self-regulate, and function optimally.

What is nervous system–focused chiropractic care?

No! While many people seek care for symptoms, we also welcome individuals and families without pain. Regular adjustments help maintain healthy nervous system function and support overall wellness at any stage of life.

Do I need to be in pain to see a chiropractor?

Your first visit includes a detailed health history, neurological and spinal assessments, and INSiGHT scans. Additional imaging may be recommended, and an adjustment may or may not be performed depending on your exam results.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Results vary depending on the duration of the issue, stress, lifestyle, and individual goals. Acute relief can come quickly, but lasting change requires consistent, personalized care over time. Regular check-ins help track progress and adjust your plan as needed.

How long does it take to see results from chiropractic care?

We are always grateful for referrals from colleagues, friends, family, and other healthcare providers — but a referral is notrequired. Chiropractors are primary healthcare practitioners, which means you can choose chiropractic care directly. You are in control of your own health decisions based on what feels right for you and your body.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?

The sound that sometimes occurs during certain types of adjustments is simply gas releasing from a joint as the pressure changes — similar to cracking your knuckles. It is not bone cracking. If this type of adjustment doesn’t feel right for you, that’s completely okay. We offer many gentle, low-force, tonal, and instrument-based techniques that do not produce any popping sounds.

What is the cracking sound associated with chiropractic?

Can I receive chiropractic care during pregnancy, and what is the Webster Technique?

Chiropractic care during pregnancy can support nervous system function, pelvic balance, and overall comfort. We have additional training in prenatal chiropractic and welcome pregnant patients at all stages. When appropriate, we also collaborate with your birth team to help support a positive experience.
The Webster Technique is a specific protocol taught through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). It is used to assess and help reduce pelvic, muscular, and ligamentous imbalances in pregnancy, which may support overall ease and balance for mom and baby.

Is chiropractic care appropriate for children?

Chiropractic care for children uses extremely gentle techniques that differ greatly from adult adjustments. We have additional training in pediatric assessment and adjusting, and we work with children from newborns through later childhood — always adapting our approach to their age, comfort, and developmental needs.
We explain each step so you and your child know what to expect, and we welcome questions at any time.

If I start seeing a chiropractor, do I have to go forever?

Your care is always your choice. One of our core values is empowering practice members to make the health decisions that feel right for them. We never pressure anyone into ongoing care.
Our recommendations are based on your individual assessments, goals, and progress. Many people choose to include chiropractic as part of their long-term wellness routine because they feel it helps them move, function, and live at their best — but the decision is entirely yours.
